Many of us spend more time at our desks - or on our devices - than we should. This workshop will delve into relieving tension in areas of the body that are impacted by our desk-bound lifestyle (neck/shoulders, low back, hips), show you ways that you can implement easy and impactful stretches while at work, and finish with a 45 minute flow devoted to lengthening and opening these neglected areas.
