Join Laura Youngblut for this 2-hour restorative yin practice to connect the physical body with the mind. The session begins with a foundational, physical awareness of the body. Deeper into the session, space is given to connect with the mind, mentally and emotionally. Within the 2 hours you choose the relaxation, peace, and stillness you need.
RBY provides 1 mat, bolster, strap, blanket, and 2 blocks per person. For a deeper restorative practice, you may choose to bring 1 additional bolster and blanket
