Grab a friend or come solo for the ultimate Win(d)e Down Wednesday with The Urban Art Studio + RealBeautifulYOU! We’ll start by creating a beginner-friendly macrame yoga mat strap in a color of your choice, led by Catherine. Then, we will relax our minds + bodies with a yoga practice led by Rachel. Admission includes all materials, light snacks, and workshop instruction. BYOB is welcome.
