Join guest instructor, Laura Youngblut, RYT 500, for a 90-minute session of yin yoga with a sound bath of singing bowls and chimes. You will begin in yin yoga postures; each one being held for 1-10 minutes. You will slowly end in a meditative savasana and into a deeper sound bath. Physically, this is a chance to find anchoring and grounding in your body. Mentally + emotionally, you will be given space to create awareness within. Cues will be given throughout to come back to your foundation + journey.
