Welcome to Puppy Yoga at The Market! Join us for a unique yoga experience surrounded by adorable adoptable puppies from Noah's Ark Animal Sanctuary at Rockford City Market. This in-person event combines the relaxation of yoga with the joy of furry friends. Whether you're a yoga pro or a beginner, this event is perfect for everyone. Don't miss out on the opportunity to de-stress and have fun with cute puppies. Get ready to downward dog with some four-legged friends!

This year we are offering TWO sessions so more of you can join in on the fun! First session begins at 10:00 AM with the second session following at 11:30 AM. Sessions will each be 1 hour long.

Event doors open 15 minutes before event starts. Gallery will be open at 8 AM. Arrive early and get breakfast from Crust & Crumbles or grab a matcha from RAD Fuel Co. in the gallery! (Not included in ticket price, must purchase separately.)
