Join guest instructor, Kristen Figge, in dedicating 75 minutes to rest + rejuvenate. Begin with a brief meditation to ground into the space, a few restorative yoga postures using props, followed by an extended Savanasa and Sound Bath at the end. There will be a gong, crystal singing bowls, and several chimes to enjoy. RBY will provide 1 bolster, 1 blanket, and 2 blocks per person. Feel free to bring any additional props. No experience is necessary and everyone is welcome.
