Join Rachel from RealBeautifulYOU and Rebecca from Tad More Sustainability Institute for this immersive workshop series! Through guided journal prompts, daily affirmations, and a supportive community, you’ll be invited to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself—on the page and beyond.
Alongside inner work, we’ll explore hand sewing techniques for fabric items in need of repair. By working with our hands in community, we create space to step away from the rush of daily life. In its place, we rediscover the quiet satisfaction and pride that comes from repairing what was once damaged. As we mend, we learn from one another, draw inspiration from shared experiences, and grow stronger together.
